As we specialize in customized curtain tracks, fabrics, and blinds tailored specifically to your measurements and requirements, our Return Policy differs from standard e-commerce platforms selling generic goods. Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Delivery Scope & Eligibility

Currently, tracksblinds.com exclusively serves specific locations within Bengaluru, Karnataka.

  • Orders placed for delivery outside our serviceable areas in Bengaluru will be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • Please verify your location against our list of serviceable areas on the website before placing an order.

2. Customization & Return Limitations

Because our products (curtain tracks, blinds, and fabrics) are custom-made to your specific dimensions and design preferences, we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind after the order is processed or delivered.
  2. Incorrect Measurements: If the measurements provided by the customer are incorrect, we cannot accept a return or refund. (We highly recommend utilizing our professional measurement services if available in your area).
  3. Slight Color Variations: Please note that fabric and material colors on screens may appear slightly different from the actual product due to monitor settings and lighting. Slight variations are not grounds for return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility if the error is on our end. You are eligible for a free replacement or repair if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the mechanism or fabric.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (e.g., wrong color, wrong specifications) compared to your order confirmation.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Inspect Immediately: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery in Bengaluru.
  2. Notify Us: You must notify our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Evidence: Please provide clear photographs or videos of the damage/defect along with your Order ID.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since our manufacturing process begins shortly after an order is confirmed:

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the manufacturing/cutting process has not started.
  • After Production Starts: Once the fabric has been cut or the tracks customized to your size, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Refund Processing

If your return/cancellation is approved based on the criteria above:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
